Who we are

I Am The Universe Experience CIC (company number 17394034), registered in England and Wales, is responsible for your information. Contact: cheryl@iamtheuniverse.earth.

What we collect and why

Emails and booking enquiries. If you email us or book a workshop, we use your name and email address to reply and organise the session. We keep them only as long as we need to.

Artwork, writing and songs. If you send something for the Global Gallery, we publish it only with your permission, credited by first name only. For anyone under 18 we need a parent or guardian to agree. We do not publish photographs of children without that agreement.

Eventbrite. If you book through Eventbrite, Eventbrite also holds your details under its own privacy policy.

This site has no cookies, no advertising and no tracking of individual visitors. It is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may keep technical logs such as IP addresses for security under its own privacy policy. We use Google Search Console to see how the site appears in search. It does not identify individual visitors.

Who sees your information

Only the people who need it to run the workshop or the gallery, such as our volunteer facilitators. We never sell your information.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. You can withdraw your permission for something in the gallery at any time by emailing us and we aim to remove it within 7 days.
